Being a seasoned CSR consultant with 13+ years of experience, Tejashree has an in-depth understanding of the CSR lifecycle – including CSR compliance, strategy, and program design, along with demonstrated skills in monitoring and evaluation of the programs. Over these years she has advised companies from multiple sectors such as pharma, banking, IT, and FMCG, facilitating multi-stakeholder partnerships aimed at creating deep social impact.She has closely worked with national, international, and corporate foundations to design, facilitate implementation, and manage projects in the cause areas such as healthcare, education, skill development, WASH, and disaster management. She has led multiple impact assessments, feasibility studies, and need assessments to deliver actionable insights for strengthening the program models further. Tejashree has BA in Economics, MA in Sociology, and an MSc in International Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
